HOTEL RAJ ELEGANCE – RESERVATION, CANCELATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES.

Reservation & Booking

 

[] Check-In time 12 noon and Check-Out Time 11 a.m. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability,

    and may be chargeable by us directly.

​

[] The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

 

[] Valid Credit card details required for all outstation and foreign nationals to confirm the booking.

 

[] It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried

    by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID 

    Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

[] Early check in and late check out is subject to availability and would be charged in additional. Half day’s booking charges would be collected in such cases.

​

[] Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

​

[] Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed to check in. Prior payment made in such cases shall be refunded in full without deducting any charges.

 

[] Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene

    and cleanliness

[] Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel

    reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

​

[] We may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s event or other festive periods. This charge needs to be paid separately.

​

Cancellations & “No-Shows”

 

[] Free cancellation if done two or more days prior to check in.

 

[] Cancellations made more than 24 Hours Prior to check in shall incur a cancellation charge of one-night tariff.

​

[] Cancellation/change of dates of “Non-refundable” bookings is not allowed.

​

[] E-Mail confirmation / telephone call shall be treated as a valid source of communication after verifying the guest details and identity to cancel the booking.

 

[] “No-Show” would be treaded as deemed cancelled with a penalty of 1 night retention.

 

[] Refund(s) and/or credit(s) for late arrivals, early departures, failure to arrive ("no shows") or any last-minute modification is at the hotel’s discretion.

 

Payment & Refunds

[] All payments shall be settled as per the invoice / confirmation voucher.

 

[] Hotel accepts payments through Cash / Card / Online Transfer

 

[] Token Deposit / Entire booking amount could be charged as per the guest’s convenience. At the time of check in.

​

[] Corporates / Companies with which the hotel has a contract shall be invoiced separately and payment for such transactions would be done through online

   bank transfer or Cheque payment.

​

[] “No-Shows” – Shall be charged a payment of one days tariff.

​

[] Hotel reserves the right to *Pre-Authorize a credit card of outstation and foreign nationals in order to secure the reservation and the payment.

​

[] For bookings of more than 7 nights, guests haveto settle all outstanding payments on a weekly basis. Hotel will be unable to provide further

   accommodation prior to settlement of the outstanding amount.

​

[] Refunds if any shall be processed immediately after assessing the case.

 

[] All reservations / confirmations shall be subject to the GST tax as applicable by the govt of INDIA.
